Yes, you can completely design the composition classes at the 2nd grade too.
Q3.May I possible to take lessons of other courses?
In our course, two major lessons have to be taken from our three major classes essentially. However, you may choose another lesson as the 2nd lesson(class) in the 2nd grade.(e.g., Writing = Violin)
